What families can expect at the GRZ Regional ARE 2023
On October 1st, we welcome prospective adoptive parents in the Grand River Zone region to participate in a day of education and conversations. The morning will begin with a diverse group of experts and experienced adoptive parents discussing the topic of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. Following the panel discussion, representatives from the Resource Village will take stage and provide a brief overview of how their organizations support children, youth, prospective parents, and families.
The afternoon will be dedicated to conversations between prospective adoptive parents and participating Children’s Aid Society workers. Families will also have the opportunity to connect and learn more from the representatives in the Resource Village.
