PACT Programs - Wait List

  • MCCSS funds Pathways for adoptive parents who adopted from a Children's Aid Society or Child Well-being Agency. This includes adoptive parents (including parents pre-adoption finalization) or a foster-to-adopt parent, where the child has been placed for adoption. Beginning October 2025 we are funded to deliver Pathways to Kin Caregivers who are registered with Interwoven Connections' Peer to Peer Network.

  • Please note: we are always working to make Pathways available to all permanency parents (Foster, International Adoptions, Private Adoptions), and hope to be able to offer more of them soon.  If you would like to be kept in the loop on when these new offerings become available, please be sure to sign-up for our newsletter.

The ACO is a trauma-informed organization that acts as a provincial hub for information about adoption, operates specialized services in recruitment and matching for children/youth/older youth and families and provides post-adoption support and training for professionals.  The ACO believes that adoption is not an event, we partner with you on your lifelong adoption journey with heart, expertise and the wisdom of living experience.
