Sing me a song and you’ll see a big smile appear on my face – I would love nothing more than listening to the songs you will sing to me! I am a happy little one who likes to giggle, laugh and make adorable sounds. While I do not have many words, I will mimic some noises and will have babbling conversations with you.

Hi! I’m a happy and sweet boy who can be a little shy sometimes. I love swimming, going to the park, and playing Minecraft. I also like playing soccer and baseball. One of my favorite things to do is fly kites. It makes me laugh and smile so much! I love watching them soar way up high as long as they don’t get stuck in a tree!

With my fun-loving personality, I have many interests and a variety of activities that I participate in. Right now, I am learning to play baseball! Things like running or jumping can be tricky for me, but I’m a great walker and have lots of energy to walk for days!

I love to be around people and spend time doing all sorts of activities with others. Of course, there will also be times when I will enjoy quieter moments and have some personal time to do my own thing.

Personality Academics
I am known to be a happy, go-lucky kind of guy. I can be quite silly and crack jokes to entertain you. While I may not have many words, my worker says that we can understand one another well, especially since I will use gestures, a few words, and also sign language to get my points across. If I want to go into a topic that requires more details or to make my jokes clearer, I will use my iPad. I absolutely love going to school, and I am excited to transition into high school in the fall of 2025. I have transitioned schools before and have done well. I love going to school every day so much that I dislike March break! I don’t mind summer break, though, as I get to go to camp, which is a ton of fun!
Openness Special Considerations
My foster family is very important to me as I have established a close relationship with them, and they take good care of me. They would be happy to support me during my transition and keep in contact on an informal basis. I am engaged in support services to help me thrive. I will likely need to maintain these supports throughout my life. I need some support during the day to help me with my routines and to make sure I feel successful. I can do lots of things by myself, like getting dressed and helping clean up, even washing my own dishes! I like to look nice, and I always try my best!
Matching Considerations Questions?
My team is considering a single caregiver or a two-parent family with or without children in the home, although I think that having siblings in the home would be a great fit for me. I have experienced living with little ones, too. A family who will embrace me as the awesome kid that I am and help me reach my full potential would mean the world to me.
