| Hi there! My name is Tommy, and I’m an eight-year-old boy who absolutely loves soccer! It’s my favorite thing to do, whether I’m playing with my friends at school, in the park, or even at the gym. Soccer makes my heart happy! |
At school, I have an awesome helper called an Educational Assistant. They help me learn at my own pace. I love everything about school, especially gym class, recess, and storytime. I’m a morning person, so that’s when I’m most focused. With the help of kind teachers, I’m becoming more independent and making friends with my classmates. |
| I have some relationships with members of my original family, and it’s really important for me to stay connected with them. I want to make sure we always have a strong bond. Even after I get adopted, it would be nice to see my current caregivers sometimes. They are like family to me, and it’s important to feel loved and remembered. |
Sometimes, it takes me a little longer to understand new things or get used to different routines. But once I get the hang of it, I go full speed ahead with my determination! I’ve made amazing progress using my iPad and other tools to talk to people. It’s really cool how technology helps me express myself. |
| I really need a family who will support me and cheer me on in my journey. It would be amazing if they also love the outdoors like I do and enjoy having a routine. It could be one parent or two, as long as they give me lots of love and care. |
